About Me

I have always been a keen baker from a young age, walking into my grandma’s kitchen smelling the amazing baking delights and helping of course mixing and tasting the amazing flavours in each sweet bite.
As I grew older I’ve always baked delicious desserts for friends and family and got great feedback saying, “You should do this for a living”. It wasn’t until I opened a local cafe in Scarborough Coffee Junction where I put my cakes and treats out for the public with great success. I had interest from other local companies wanting me to bake for them. A year down the line I chose to move from the cafe into my very own wholesale bakery, to provide local cafes and Hotels etc, delicious homemade products on their doorstep.

Having knowledge of the cafe industry is an advantage as I know no day is the same, you can go from having loads of stock to none in a day, and providing good treats and a variety of flavours which would allow customers to keep returning which is what we all want. I work well with the management of each establishment to keep up with demand and offer a quick turnaround.
